Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:

  • The shower room: shower, washbasin and toilet.
  • The main room is provided with a bed, a desk, chairs and a bedside table.
  • The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates, a fridge and a shelf.

Description of communal facilities*:

A warden is available for all technical and administrative matters.
Various facilities are available to occupants: laundry**, WIFI** and self-service vacuum cleaner.

The residence is located opposite the Orly media library (library, theatre, cinema, etc.). Close to all shops (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.) and the Orlydis shopping centre is a 3 minutes' walk away. Public transport (RER C and bus 183) provides access to the Austerlitz train station and the universities (Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne, Créteil).
