Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:

The shower room: shower, washbasin and toilet.
The main room is provided with a bed, a desk, chairs and a bedside table.
The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates, a fridge and a shelf.

Description of communal facilities*:

A warden is available for all technical and administrative matters.

The residence is located opposite the Orly media library (library, theatre, cinema, etc.).
