Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:

The shower room: washbasin, shower and toilet.
The main room is provided with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and chairs.
The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates and a fridge.

Some flats have been designed to accommodate the passage and allow the turning of a wheelchair.

Description of communal facilities*:

A warden is available to tenants for all technical and administrative matters.
A duty officer is on call for emergency response at night and at weekends (except during summer school holidays).
Various facilities are available to occupants: work room, sports room, bicycle room, laundry*, WIFI*, parking area** and self-service vacuum cleaner.

Located in a shopping area in Lieusaint (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, etc.). Near the IUT and IUP of the Sénart university centre, the residence is served by public transport. It is located near the large Carré Sénart shopping centre 5 minutes away by bus.

You must complete an information form about you and one about your guarantor after confirming your choice of apartment. We will process your file as soon as possible once it has been sent.

Step 3

Sign your lease online
