Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:

The shower room: washbasin, shower and toilet.
The main room is provided with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and chairs.
The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates and a fridge.

Description of communal facilities*:

A warden is available to tenants for all technical and administrative matters.
A duty officer is on call for emergency response at night and at weekends (except during summer school holidays).
Various facilities are available to occupants: sports room, bicycle room, laundry**, WIFI, parking area**.
