Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:
- The shower room: shower, washbasin and toilet.
- The main room is provided with a bed, a table, chairs, a desk and shelves.
- The fitted kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates, a cupboard and a fridge.
Some flats are designed to accommodate the passage and allow the turning of a wheelchair.
Description of communal facilities*:
A warden is on duty for all technical and administrative matters during the reception office opening hours.
A duty officer is on call for emergency response at night and at weekends (except during summer school holidays). Various facilities are available to occupants: laundry**, parking area**, bicycle room, WIFI and table football.
