Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:
- The shower room: shower, washbasin and toilet.
- The main room is provided with a bed, a table, chairs and a wardrobe.
- The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates, a fridge and a cupboard.

The residence has been divided into five small units, each with its own access with a intercom digicode.
A warden is available for all technical and administrative matters.
A duty officer residing on site is on call for emergency response at night and at weekends (except during summer school holidays).
