It's close to the Institut Curie - Centre de recherche d'Orsay, the Institut des Hautes études Scientifiques and the University of Paris-Saclay: perfect for studying!
The area is well served by public transport (bus and RER B), with the “Bures-sur-Yvette” RER B stop just 500m from the residence.
You'll be less than 10 minutes' walk from the Wild Garlic hiking trail, the Grande Maison park and the Bures-sur-Yvette media library, 15 minutes' walk from a dance school, and around 15 minutes by public transport from the Jacques Tati Orsay cinema, the Cyprenne wood, the Loridant and Jean Teillac parks, and the Orsay nautical stadium.
