The Le Castel Rive Residence is situated on the banks of the River Vilaine, right next to the University of Rennes 1 Beaulieu. There is a very good bus service which stops outside the residence. For shopping, you can choose between Cesson Sévigné town centre which is 10 minutes away or the outskirts of the Atalante centre, just a bit further to the North-East. Rennes city centre is a ten-minute bus ride away.

Put your file together

You must complete an information form about you and one about your guarantor after confirming your choice of apartment. We will process your file as soon as possible once it has been sent.

Step 3

Sign your lease online
