Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:
- The shower room: washbasin, bath and toilet.
- The furnished main room is provided with a bed, a table, chairs and a large cupboard with a wardrobe.
- The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates, a fridge and a cupboard.
Description of communal facilities*:
A warden is available for all technical and administrative matters together with an assistant warden residing on site.
A duty officer is on call for emergency response at night and at weekends (except during school holidays).
Various facilities are available to the occupants: free parking area (outside and secure basement) depending on availability, secure bicycle room, common room with table tennis and table football, self-service vacuum cleaner, WIFI, laundry**.
