A warden is available for all technical and administrative matters together with an assistant warden residing on site.
A duty officer is on call for emergency response at night and at weekends (except during school holidays).
Various facilities are available to the occupants: free parking area (outside and secure basement) depending on availability, secure bicycle room, work room with TV, table tennis and table football, self-service vacuum cleaner, WIFI**, laundry** and communal garden.
