Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:
- The shower room: washbasin, shower and toilet.
- The main room is provided with a bed, a desk, chairs and a wardrobe.

Some flats have been designed to accommodate the passage and allow the turning of a wheelchair, and others have special soundproofing for music school students.
