Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:

The shower room: washbasin, shower and toilet.
The main room is provided with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a stool and chairs.
The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates and a fridge.

Some flats are designed to accommodate the passage and allow the turning of a wheelchair.

Description of communal facilities*:

A warden is on duty for all technical and administrative matters during office opening hours.
A duty officer is on call for emergency response at night and at weekends (except during summer school holidays).
Various facilities are available to occupants: badge, digicode, laundry**, parking area**, bicycle room, self-service vacuum cleaner.

The residence is close to all the shops in Lieusaint (post office, pharmacy, bakery, etc.) and 5 minutes away by public transport from the "Carré Sénart" shopping centre. The residence is located near the IUT, IUP and Sénart university centre.
