Each studio flat has a soundproofed landing door with a three-point lock for security, giving onto an entrance that serves:

The shower room: washbasin, shower, toilet and towel heater.
The main room is provided with a bed, a desk, chairs, a table, a wardrobe and a shelf.
The kitchenette is provided with a sink, electric hotplates and a fridge.

Each accommodation unit has a television socket.

The double flats intended for sharing have 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms and a shared kitchenette.

Various facilities are available to occupants: digicode, laundry**, bicycle room, parking area**, internet**, work room and table tennis table.

The residence is located 10 minutes by bus from the Palaiseau town centre. All shops (bakery, pharmacy, banks, etc.) and a few minutes from the Villabon shipping area. You will be located only 25 minutes from the centre of Paris via the Massy/Palaiseau train station and about 30 minutes from the University of Paris Sud Orsay (direct train).

Put your file together

You must complete an information form about you and one about your guarantor after confirming your choice of apartment. We will process your file as soon as possible once it has been sent.

Step 3

Sign your lease online

After your application has been accepted and a rental has been allocated, you'll have access to your rental contract and appendixes. You have 5 days to initial and sign the documents and return them to us with items to confirm your booking. The dates for the inventory and key handover will be...
