How can you save energy and take control of your costs?

CSR initiatives in FAC-HABITAT student residences

Here at FAC-HABITAT we believe we all have a responsibility towards the environment and future generations - and that’s why we're introducing CSR initiatives in our student residences. These measures are designed to raise our tenants’ awareness about the small, simple everyday things they can do in support of sustainable development.

We’re rolling out a range of initiatives in selected student residences. We want residents to share and exchange, which is why we’ve created spaces where you can trade and swap items to give objects a second life and shrink their ecological footprint. In addition, we encourage residents to do some gardening by creating shared gardens and composts together. This then helps promote biodiversity and creates a friendly atmosphere between tenants and FAC-HABITAT staff - in other words, it’s a way of combining practicality with pleasure!
